Returns & Refunds Policy

1. Right of Withdrawal

Consumers have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party designated by you who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send the notification of exercising your right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.

2. Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs, without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which we receive notification of your withdrawal from this contract.

For this reimbursement, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you. In no case will you be charged any fees for this reimbursement.

We may refuse reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.

3. Return of Goods

You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which you inform us of your withdrawal from this contract.

The deadline is met if you send the goods before the period of 14 days has expired.

You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

4. Condition of Returned Goods

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling of the goods that was not necessary to check their nature, characteristics, and functioning.

Please return the goods in their original packaging where possible. However, the absence of the original packaging does not exclude your statutory right of withdrawal.

5. Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply in particular to the following goods:

• goods made to customer specifications or clearly personalized;

• goods that may spoil quickly or whose expiry date would be exceeded quickly;

• sealed goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if the seal has been removed after delivery;

• goods which, after delivery, have been inseparably mixed with other goods due to their nature;

• sealed audio or video recordings or computer software if the seal has been removed after delivery;

• newspapers, journals, or magazines, with the exception of subscription contracts.

6. Damaged or Lost Returns

We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns and keeping the shipping receipt.

This does not affect your statutory right of withdrawal.

7. Refunds for Gifts

If the goods were marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you, the refund may be issued in the form of store credit.

If the goods were not marked as a gift or if the purchaser had the order delivered to themselves first, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser using the original means of payment.
